VisiAid™ is the first over-spectacle with integrated lighting, specially developed for people with visual impairments. It is simply worn over existing corrective glasses and provides uniform, shadow-free illumination in the near field using the modern LuxiBright™ light-fiber – exactly where light is needed.
The light is discreetly integrated into the frame and controlled via a lightweight control unit. The light intensity can be adjusted continuously – tailored to your individual visual needs when reading, writing, working, or crafting. With over 3000 lux at a distance of 20 cm and a neutral white color temperature of 4500K, you’ll enjoy a natural, high-contrast view – glare-free, without shadows, and without heat.
This version is specially designed for stationary use. The included control unit can be firmly mounted to a table or work surface, providing maximum stability and safety for daily use – perfect for calm, focused activities at home, in the office, or in therapeutic environments.
